Our goal is to create a highly effective training program that meets the current and future needs of your firm, whereby the training approach is proactive rather than reactive.  The custom training will highlight the new features of the programs with emphasis on shortcuts and productivity tips.

Our custom training program includes client specific technology, corporate policies and customdocumentation to make the training experience appeal to all of our clients. 


 Our Approach

Methodology – We take training very seriously and follow a training methodology that has a proven 20 years track record.  By following this methodology we can guarantee a successful training program.

PHASE 1 – NEEDS ANALYSIS – begins by performing a comprehensive Skill Assessment and determine the current skill level of your users. On and off site meetings, conference calls are scheduled where we analyze the current technology systems and identify training goals by Super Users (IT, Executives, HR, etc.).

PHASE 2 – DEVELOPMENT -  this phase incorporates the finding in Phase 1 and we develop custom training courseware, templates, reference cards, helpful hints and tricks, presentations, online training materials, etc to meet the training and business goals.  This is an iterative process, where we listen to the key players and design a program that meets your budget, system and training needs

PHASE 3 – TRAINING – highly professional TWIN expert member of the TWIN Team will provide a BLENDED training solution by providing Training Classes, Seminars, Roaming Support, Executive 1:1, Help Desk Support, On-Line Training, Webinars and Recorded Sessions  


Migration Training

Let us design a BLENDED Training Program to educate your users on What’s New in Windows 7 and Office 2010 across all applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Many corporate users are upgrading to Microsoft 2010 from earlier versions and our migration classes are designed to work seamless with your corporate IT and HR department to provide a full scale migration and upgrade of hardware, software and training.  The training program is coordinated with the hardware rollout so training is timely, accurate and well-planned.


Blended Training

TWIN can provides four levels of custom training styles to meet the individual needs of the users. 

1.Executive One-On-One Training

We pride ourselves on our Executive Training where our patience and technical experience helps those upper level executives who cannot attend a regularly scheduled class.  The private lessons are held at the convenience of the Executive in the comfort and privacy of his/her office or home.  Our training consultants cover the material at the Executive’s own pace.

2.Hands-on Group Style Training

For group sessions, we recommend the maximum class size of 10 students per class.  You can choose from full day, half day, 2 hour or weekend sessions.  When training classes are couple with Roaming Trainer™ as follow-up support, the training effectiveness is optimal.  Students can participate in a class room setting, while also getting individual attention so they can ask questions pertaining to their files and needs.

3.Roaming Trainer™

We have found that the formal seminar style group training coupled with the Roaming Trainer™ provides the right balance of classroom and hands-on support to properly prepare students for their job requirements.  The Roaming Trainer™ is a unique service developed to better service the needs of today’s clients.

4.Online Training

We can design a custom training solution so your users can take our classes at any time that is convenient – day or night 7 days a week.  This is a perfect complement to group classes or for those remote users that don’t have the time to attend an onsite.
